Delete Your CK Connect Card Account

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to admin@hollit.com from the email address registered to your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My CK Connect Card Account".
3. Include the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate it.
4. We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted, within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account credentials (email, username, password)
• Your digital business card details (name, job title, company, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
• Your uploaded profile photo
• QR code scan history associated with your card

What may be retained

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data (such as anonymized scan counts) may be retained for internal reporting purposes and is not linked back to your deleted account.
