CK Connect Card ("the App") is a digital business card application developed and operated by PT Hollit International ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the App, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

When you create and use a CK Connect Card account, we collect the following information:

Name	Displayed on your digital business card and used to identify your account
Email address	Account login, verification, and communication
Password	Account authentication (stored securely, never in plain text)
Phone number	Displayed on your digital business card, contact purposes
Job title & company name	Displayed on your digital business card
WhatsApp / LinkedIn details	Displayed on your digital business card, if you choose to add them
Profile photo	Displayed on your digital business card
QR code scan activity	To show you analytics about who has viewed/scanned your card
Device information	Used for basic app functionality and troubleshooting (e.g. device check on login)

We do not knowingly collect your precise or approximate location, and the App does not request location permissions.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To generate and display your digital business card
To let other people view your card details when you share your QR code or card link
To show you analytics on card views/scans (e.g. count and recent activity)
To authenticate your account (including optional biometric login, which is processed on your device only and never sent to our servers)
To provide customer support and respond to your requests

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on our own servers at hollit.com. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers or analytics networks. The information on your digital business card (name, job title, company, contact details, photo) is visible to anyone you choose to share your card or QR code with — this is the core function of the App.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PT Hollit International, our users, or others.

Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update your card information at any time within the App.
Providing a profile photo is optional.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 7 business days, except for aggregated, non-identifying analytics data which may be retained for internal reporting and is not linked back to you.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
